Admissions Process

Admission into Form 1 at Hillcrest Schools is subject to the following steps:

1. Begin the process by completing the online form. Click here or use the button below to access the form.

2. After completing the online form, you will receive the official application form. The application form must be completed and submitted on email or in person at Hillcrest College together with the non-refundable registration fee of US$25.

3. All applicants are required to sit for the CHISZ Form 1 Common Assessment Process , written on the first Saturday in July of the applicant’s Grade 7 year.

4. Please note that the application deadline for the CHISZ Form 1 CAP is 30 April of the applicant’s Grade 7 year.

Admission into Form 2, 3 and 4 is dependent upon:

1. A satisfactory reference from the Head of the applicant’s current school.
2. An interview with the Principal.
3. Any other conditions as advised by Hillcrest Schools.

Admission into Form 5 and 6 is dependent upon:

1. Satisfactory performance at IGCSE/O’Level (the applicant should have at least 6 B grades at IGCSE level and must have passes in English and Maths)

2. A satisfactory reference from the Head of the applicant’s current school.

3. An interview with the Principal.

4. Admission is contingent on the availability of the desired combination.
