Public Speaking/Debating Club

All students from 1 to Upper Six are eligible to join the Public Speaking/Debating club.  Many categories are available, from dramatic interpretation to impromptu speaking. An annual interhouse public speaking competition is held.
Participating in Public Speaking enables students to improve their self-confidence and public speaking skills. Debate also challenges students to critically analyse topics and to support their arguments with facts. For the senior members of the clubs, participation in this club enhances their resume or college application.
