Current Affairs

Keeping up to date with national and international current affairs is not just a good idea and a useful complement to many A level subjects; it is a necessity when interviewing for university places and in order to be taken seriously as an informed, educated adult.

Club sessions include discussion of anything of interest from the previous week's news, to reading a variety of newspapers, choosing an article of interest to discuss with the group.

Debate can be heated and is always interesting!
